Polyester & blends

Blended cloth for care-led and durable programs

Brands choose blends when wrinkle behavior, durability, moisture management, or a specific cost structure matters. The ratio is part of the product.

Woven bottom-weights, crepes, technical knits, and linings can all be called blends. Material options, specifications, quantities, and pricing are confirmed after review.

Typical requests

Polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose, and polyester-elastane appear in uniforms, travel apparel, trousers, blouses, linings, and some outer shells. Sweats belong on the fleece page even when the fiber is polyester.

Composition

Write the required ratio. Recycled polyester is a separate request and cannot be assumed.

GSM

Shirtings, suiting-adjacent weaves, and heavier bottoms do not share a useful single GSM. Name the garment.

Finishing

Peach, calendaring, easy-care, or water-repellent treatments should be requested if they are required.

Production

Pilling, snagging, heat at press, and fusing temperatures are frequent issues. Include retailer restricted-substance notes if they exist.

Buyer note

Write the fiber ratio you need. “Polyester blend” is too broad for a quotation conversation.

Care claim

If the garment must withstand industrial laundry or easy-care claims, say so in the brief.

Surface

Crepe, peach, or technical knit surfaces are different goods even at the same GSM.

Request a blended quality

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Estimated quantity choices describe the scale of the inquiry only. They are not a published minimum order quantity and do not mean an order will be accepted.
