Process

How a wholesale fabric request moves forward

A brief is reviewed, clarified if needed, quoted if a workable option can be identified, and confirmed in writing before it becomes an order.

01

Submit a sourcing brief

Share the fabric category, intended garment, estimated quantity, delivery state, and any composition, GSM, color, or timing notes you already have.

02

Review and clarification

ETECJK reviews the request and may ask follow-up questions where specifications, substitutions, or quantity ranges need to be narrowed.

03

Availability and quotation

If a workable option can be identified, ETECJK responds with confirmed details for that inquiry. A quotation is not an accepted order.

04

Written acceptance

Supply proceeds only after both parties agree in writing to the confirmed material, quantity, commercial terms, and delivery arrangements.

What to send

Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Required fields are the minimum needed to understand category, scale, destination, and intent.

Possible replies

Clarifying questions, a quotation, or a notice that the request cannot proceed as written. Written acceptance is a later step.
